Litchfield resident Bill Zampaglione has helped shape some of our town’s most notable landmarks — including the Litchfield Historical Society, Tapping Reeve House & Law School, and the Community Center— through his involvement in project development, planning and construction. These experiences cemented his passion for Litchfield.
As Vice President of a leading local construction management and general contracting firm, Bill has overseen the construction of several projects at Forman School, collaborated with numerous local professionals we all know, and guided the Indian Knolls development into one of Litchfield’s most desirable neighborhoods — where he and his wife Tina reside and he continues to serve as Association President and Director. He is further involved in the local Dunkin Donuts which is a continual supporter of numerous organizations from Litchfield Schools, to Tri Town Little League and the Oliver Wolcott Library.
A dedicated volunteer and devoted family man, with three generations of family residing in town, Bill brings a hands-on approach, proven leadership, and a deep commitment to Litchfield’s future — guided by transparency, practicality, accountability, and common-sense leadership.
